Shipping, Delivery & Returns: UPS and USPS are our carriers of choice. Express shipping is available on most items; shipping charges will be on a case-by-case basis. Please give us a call for more information. The Customer is responsible for inspecting the order upon receipt. Wyco US, Inc. is not responsible for damage if the customer has signed for the goods and did not make a note on the shipping receipt of any damages or missing goods. Transportations companies are responsible for any shipment damage or discrepancies once the shipment left our warehouse. Carefully inspect all packages before accepting from the carrier. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping & Handling charges cannot be applied to the customers own shipping numbers. (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) as some of our shipments are sent directly from the manufacturer to the customer.; All return items (excluding electrical products) must be returned unused within 15 days of the date of purchase. Special order items, electrical parts and used items are not returnable. Shipping & Handling Charges and Minimum Order Fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for payment of the return shipment.; 15% Restocking fee applies to ALL returns.; Authorization for returning item(s) is at the sole discretion of Wyco US, Inc. Wyco US, Inc. will accept no return of merchandise without prior approval.
Special order items, electrical items and used items are not returnable.

Wyco US, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on the web site www.wycous.com collects information from our users at several different points on our web site.

* Registration

In order to use certain portions of our website, a user must complete the registration form first. During registration process a user is required to give contact information (such as name and email address, physical and shipping address). We use this information to contact the user about services on our site for which he or she has expressed interest.

We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

Special Offers and Updates
We send all new registration members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address and zip code. Out of respect for our users privacy we provide a way to opt-out of these communications. Please see the Choice and Opt-out sections.

* Third Party Intermediaries

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

* Choice/Opt-out

Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to info@wycous.com with “unsubscribe” in the subject line in the email or the user may contact the Webmaster via phone the phone number listed below in the contact information.

* Tell-A-Friend

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. Wyco US, Inc. will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit our web site. Wyco US, Inc. stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

* Notification of Changes

If we decide to make changes our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement. Payment, Pricing & Promotions: Due to manufacturer's price increases, prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be billed at prices in effect at time of order. All information, dimensions, tolerances, specifications and prices have been compiled and check for correctness and accuracy, however Wyco US, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any possible errors or omissions. Wyco US, Inc. maintains the right to make any changes to any of the information posted without prior notice. Please verify all prices and specifications at the time of order. We encourage our customers to call our office if they have any questions. Our online databases reflect pricing only. We cannot guarantee all the products you order will be in stock. Most orders are shipped the same day or next day. All payments are to be made in U.S. Funds. We accept the following credit cards Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We accept payments through PayPal. We do NOT offer COD as an option of payment.; We also accept Wire transfer as a method of payment, however customer is responsible for all fees and charges imposed in association with the wire transfer. Customer is responsible for all fees, taxes, tariffs and any other charges for shipments out of the U.S. We have a right to refuse this and any other method of payment if it comes from a country known for fraudulent activities. Customer is responsible for all extra charges incurred for any express shipments that do not meet manufacture's minimums.

* Illinois residents and businesses

Sales Tax will be applied to all purchases picked up at our location or shipped to an address in Illinois. If your organization is tax exempt please provide a valid copy of your tax exempt letter if we do not currently have one on file.
